Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.

As in our organization, we work on many different software tools, which requires frequent updates and license renewing. For this, we need to take the call with the local in house IT team and with the vendors simultaneously so we need to create tickets and need to give messages, for this we need these phones.

What do you like most about the product or service?

The voice clarity is good and also it is very easy to handle as it has very less weight. The size is also very much perfect with design and the price makes it very much attractive.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

As in Cisco IP phones also provides the almost the same facilities but if the call is very much longer then we cannot move with this phone, so there is no mobility. Also, so many keys by which it looks like it is pretty much complicated.

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

In our organisation we work on many different tools and software, If any update required in any of the tools then we need to connect to the local IT team for that these phones are required for creating the tickets and resolving them easily over the phone.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

This is the only phone which will help in solving the business problem as another brand is Cisco which is available with the same facilities.
